    Processor will contact you within 24 hours once it hits their pipeline
     

  2. The Loan Package Is Reviewed For Completeness
    All loan documents are analyzed by a seasoned & common-sensed processor.
     

  3. Appropriate Documentation Is Obtained
    NMP Processors will contact the borrower to request and review documents
    with the borrower.
    Your processor will ensure there will always be clarity as to what documents are
    needed, along with the full understanding of why.

     

  4. Your Appraisal Is Requested
    Collateral will be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.
    Corrections and/or communication needs will happen same day after appraisal
    is received.

     

  5. All Documents Are Transferred To Underwriting
    Credit, Income, Assets, Collateral, and other pertinent documentation will be
    reviewed thoroughly to ensure that any red flags are addressed before the loan
    package is received by underwriting.

     

  6. Your Mortgage Loan Approval Is Received!
    All parties will receive the "We Are Clear to Close" notification.
     

  7. We Receive The Green Light To Close Escrow
    LET’S CLOSE!!!

*What is the loan originator responsible for?

*How do I e-mail my 1003 or 3.2 files to you?

 

If you use Microsoft Outlook:

  • From the File menu in any Prospect or Borrower file, click on E-Mail.

  • Select Point Data File.

  • Enter a password to encrypt the file.

  • Select "Send To".

  • Input email address - "setup@nmprocessing.com" for Residential or                                                         "submissions@nmprocessing.com" for Commercial Lending

  • Enter the borrower's last name in the Subject line.

  • Add any additional message that you may wish to include.

  • Then just click the "Send" button.

If you use a web-based e-mail (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.):

  • Open your email account and go to the area where you create a new email message.

  • Locate the "Attach A File" button (or something similar).

  • Search for the file you wish to attach. It should be located in this directory on your computer: C:/pntdata/borrower/

  • Click on the file to attach it to your email.

  • Send to "setup@nmprocessing.com" for Residential or "submissions@nmprocessing.com" for Commercial Lending

  • Enter the borrower's last name in the Subject line.

  • Add any additional message that you may need to include.

  • Then just click the "Send" button.

*What is your turn time?

 

  • Normally a file is reviewed within 24 hours of receiving it. Extended review times should be taken into consideration if loan volumes peak, files are incomplete the when we receive them, lack of
    communication from the broker or borrowers, etc. Therefore, submitting a complete file and ensuring all parties are communicating effectively will guarantee a quick turn time.

*How will your staff represent themselves?

 

  • All correspondence from us will indicate that we are the
    processing center for "Your" Mortgage Co..

*What are your fees?

  • We have a flat fee of $800 for Residential Loans

*How do I get a final package back after the loan closes?

  • Once a file is closed, we provide you with a secure link to an electronic copy of the final package for your records.

*What about compliance?

  • Ultimately, compliance is the broker's responsibility. However, we will assist you to help make sure all issues are covered.
